Starring My Kid serves adults creating a storybook for a child. Its central idea is straightforward: use a supplied photo as the starting point for a recognizable illustrated character and build a story around that character.
What we built
We built the journey from a photo and story idea to a preview and finished illustrated book. The product brings character creation, story choices and delivery into an experience a parent or gift buyer can follow.

- Completed books support digital reading and audio, with printed keepsakes and voice-clone add-ons also offered.
The customer journey
An adult supplies a photo, chooses a theme or adds a story prompt and reviews an illustrated preview. The completed-book experience offers digital reading and audio, with further keepsake options available on the live site.
A first version for your business
A focused first product could offer one story format: an adult-facing brief and photo upload, a defined illustrated preview and a digital book result. The character, page count, review steps and delivery format would be agreed in the $999 build scope.
Support after launch
Ongoing services could cover private photo and media handling, generation failures, customer questions and agreed content review. Printing, narration usage and additional production options have their own costs and scope.
The live product has expanded options, including printed keepsakes and voice-related add-ons. Those are separate scope decisions for a new business. Family photos and private stories are not used as case-study evidence.
