Privacy policy

PickYourVenture is operated by Archieboy Holdings, LLC. We use your account details, application answers and support communications to review your application and provide this service.

Your application

Your application is private to your account and to authorized staff who review it. We do not publish it or share it with other applicants. Application answers are processed by a commercial AI provider to suggest follow-up questions and idea directions; that provider's service and retention terms apply. Do not include passwords, confidential employer information or sensitive information about other people.

Service providers

AWS provides hosting, storage and email delivery. Stripe processes payments when a partnership business takes them; we do not store full payment card details. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse. Essential session cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. Attribution data may record how you found the service. Google Analytics helps us understand visits and use of public pages through browser activity and device information. Meta advertising measurement may record visits and registrations associated with Facebook or Instagram ads, using browser identifiers and page information. Application answers are not included in advertising events.

Optional AI support chat and voice

Riley is our optional AI support assistant. Conversation history is stored so we can continue the discussion and help resolve your request; authorized support staff may review transcripts. When you are signed in, the site supplies your authenticated identity to help connect the conversation with your account. Voice begins only after you choose the microphone action. Audio is processed for the conversation, and transcripts may be retained and reviewed.

Retention and control

Applications and accounts remain until you ask us to delete them, subject to records we must keep and backup retention. Contact hello@pickyourventure.com to request access, correction or deletion of your personal data.
