Privacy policy

PickYourVenture is operated by Archieboy Holdings, LLC. We use your account details, interests, business inputs, saved ventures, purchases, and support communications to provide this service.

Your ideas and reports

Your saved ventures and purchased reports are private to your account and authorized service staff. We do not publish them as marketing pages or share them with other customers. Inputs needed for idea generation and research are processed by commercial AI and search providers; their respective service and retention terms apply. Do not include passwords, sensitive personal records, or other people’s confidential information in a venture brief.

Service providers

Stripe processes payments; we do not store full payment card details. AWS provides hosting, storage and email delivery. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse. Essential session cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. Attribution data may record how you found the service.

Retention and control

Unclaimed anonymous drafts expire after seven days. Saved account projects remain until you request deletion, subject to necessary financial records and backup retention. You can export your purchased plan. Contact hello@pickyourventure.com to request access, correction or deletion of your personal data.
