Terms of service

PickYourVenture provides personalized business concepts, researched planning reports, and separately scoped website development. It is operated by Archieboy Holdings, LLC.

What you are purchasing

A $99 Venture Plan is a one-time purchase for the selected venture and input snapshot. It includes a researched report, editable working copy, financial scenario tools and PDF export. It is not an existing revenue-generating business, a promise of funding, or a guarantee of customers or profit. Research and financial scenarios contain limitations and assumptions that you should review.

Builds and report credit

A standard website business build is $2,500 for the written scope you accept. The actual eligible payment toward one report, up to $99, is credited once to a build for the same venture and owner. Credits cannot be stacked or applied to other ventures. Refunded or disputed report payments are not eligible for a new credit. The build’s written scope defines features, two included in-scope revision rounds, dependencies, ownership/license details, customer responsibilities and delivery date.

Ownership and additional services

Business concepts are not exclusive. We may create similar businesses using reusable software. Your accepted build agreement identifies the application, source, business data and operating rights provided to you and any shared or third-party licenses. Domains, hosting, cloud-provider usage, AI usage, payment-processing fees, ongoing maintenance and customer support are separate unless expressly included in that agreement. No optional service is purchased merely by expressing interest.

Responsible use and support

Use the service for lawful purposes and provide information you have permission to use. Do not submit secrets or attempt to access other customers’ work. Reports support planning decisions; they do not replace customer interviews, real-world testing, or qualified professional advice where needed. If generation or delivery fails, contact hello@pickyourventure.com with your order reference. We will investigate without requiring another purchase to recover the original deliverable.
